Training camp with Iwamoto lab

Hello, my name is Fukushima and I'm in second year at graduate school.

This blog describes United Ubiquitous Computing Workshop with Iwamoto-lab at Toyama prefectural university on March 2022.

The event was held for two days so that two ubiquitous computing laboratories get familiar with each other. Five students and three teachers from UCLab, eight students and a teacher from Iwamoto-lab joined.

Each student do a research presentation for five minutes and discussion. In these a few years we have did online presentations, so I'm not accustomed to offline presentations haha. As we are researching in the same area, we could do the Q&A actively.

Iwamoto-lab has connected with local industry, I believe it is great to do both social contribution and research activity. Also, the students in Iwamoto-lab was active and did arrange car and accommodation etc, thank you so much.

I wish we could do such activities more.
